We’re growing fast — and we need a Google Sheets & Data Systems wizard to optimize our internal costing and pricing system. Your work will directly impact how we price smarter, stay profitable, and operate efficiently.

🛠 Your Mission

We already have a costing system in Google Sheets — but it needs a serious expert overhaul. You’ll take charge of improving, rebuilding, or replacing it with a powerful, automated, and easy-to-maintain solution.

You’ll be responsible for:

• 🔍 System Audit & Upgrade: Analyze our current Google Sheets-based costing system and decide if it needs improvement or a complete rebuild.

• 📑 Dynamic Bill of Materials (BOM): Structure materials, labor studies, and associated costs.

• ⚡ Automation: Use Google Query, Apps Script, or Airtable to streamline cost calculations and integrate real-time data.

• 🚨 Pricing Alerts: Set up triggers for labor/material cost changes to keep pricing accurate.

• 💰 Sales Channel Pricing: Apply target markups for different sales channels (DTC, dealer, bulk orders, etc.) to maintain profit margins.

• 📊 Dashboards: Create real-time dashboards showing costing, margins, and adjustments.

• 🛡 System Reliability: Document processes for long-term usability and provide maintenance when needed.

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

• 📍 Local to Wylie, TX – Must be able to work on-site as needed.

• 🧠 Google Sheets Pro: Expert in advanced formulas, pivot tables, array formulas, conditional logic, Apps Script, and automation tools.

• 📚 Database Skills: Experience with Airtable or similar tools is a plus.

• 💡 Costing & Pricing Knowledge: Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or finance preferred.

• 🔧 Problem-Solving Mindset: Can reverse-engineer or build systems from scratch.

• ✅ Detail-Oriented: Reliable, precise, and committed to system efficiency.
