We are looking for a Reporting & Analytics Coordinator who thrives in a data-driven environment. You’ll be the data translator—turning complex analytics into clear, actionable insights that fuel our clients’ growth.
This role will manage reporting operations, analyze performance data, ensure reporting accuracy, and collaborate with teams to optimize digital marketing campaigns for maximum impact.
Create and manage weekly/monthly client reports using NinjaCat, Google Sheets, GA4, and other tools.
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
Maintain internal dashboards to track KPIs and campaign performance.
Conduct deep-dive performance analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
Provide data-driven recommendations to account managers and leadership.
Present insights in a way that’s easy for non-technical stakeholders to understand.
Set up and manage Google Analytics 4 (properties, events, conversions).
Oversee Google Tag Manager and audience creation for re-marketing.
Implement and QA conversion tracking in Google Ads.
Prepare and submit OEM Co-Op documentation.
Stay updated on program changes to ensure dealer compliance.
Work with creative teams to develop data-backed case studies showcasing campaign success.
Contribute to performance-driven marketing content.
Partner with Paid Media, Creative, and Dev teams to align reporting practices with evolving strategies.
Maintain data security, accuracy, and compliance with privacy standards.
Must-Haves:
2–5 years in analytics, reporting, or related field (agency or automotive preferred).
Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, NinjaCat (or similar).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences.
Nice-to-Have:
Familiarity with data engineering concepts.
Knowledge of automotive marketing tools, CRMs, CDPs, and OEM dashboards.
Experience in high-growth digital marketing environments.
Ability to create data-driven case studies.
