As a Customer Experience & Operations Specialist, you’ll analyze performance, optimize processes, and drive initiatives to enhance the overall customer journey — from the moment they place an order to post-delivery follow-ups.
You’ll be the bridge between data insights, operational teams, and leadership, making sure every touchpoint leaves customers smiling.
📊 Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track progress, and escalate issues when needed.
🛠 Process Optimization: Identify and apply best practices to enhance customer experience and streamline operations.
💬 Customer Feedback: Analyze feedback from all stages — pre-delivery, live delivery, and post-delivery — to implement improvements.
🤝 Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, service, and shared service teams to roll out new features and resolve customer pain points.
📝 Project Management: Use tools to manage timelines, track progress, and report results to country leadership.
🌍 Global Best Practices: Implement proven strategies from regional and global operations to raise local performance.
🎯 Proactive Improvement: Monitor potential factors affecting satisfaction and take steps to amplify positives while reducing negatives.
✅ Experience: 4+ years in analytical roles within customer experience, support, or operations management.

💼 Project Delivery Skills: Hands-on experience managing and completing projects.
🖥 Tech Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel and Google Workspace.
