Job Title: North America Reporting and Strategic Management: Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager you’ll oversee reporting processes, manage financial systems, deliver insights on business performance, and work with cross-functional teams. You will ensure accuracy in financial reporting, lead operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making in the North America market.
Ensure the proper use of the internal and external financial systems.
Oversee management of the trade balance sheet including monthly reviews with Controllers.
Coordinate with members of IBM teams for trade reviews and reporting.
Manage Journal Entry bots, SAP Auto Accrual rates and Turnover flash reports.
Conduct price analysis and turnover reviews in order to identify key insights.
Prepare results presentations for Business Units and CFO – North America.
Facilitation of M&A activities- to ensure smooth separation and reporting process.
Coordinate with outside auditors in transition service agreements (TSA).
Oversee quarterly rebate controls and system reconciliations.
Sign off on the SCOA mapping on a yearly basis.
Ensure Internal and External Auditor Requirements are being Complied
Collaborate with the NA Finance Operations team to help optimize financial processes.
Take the leadership in creating automated financial performance reports.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
MBA or CPA highly preferred.
Several years of relevant experience of working in a finance, accounting or reporting role.
Experience in the management of financial systems (SSAS, Evergreen, Prism, SAP) is a great asset.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience is desired.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Capacity to make complex financial procedures simpler for the stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and strong communication skills.

Collaborative manner to work across functions.

Pay Range: $99,760 – $149,640 annually.
Bonus: Performance based annual bonus eligibility.
