Job Overview – Service Rep/Courier Team Leader

The role of the Service Representative/Courier Team Lead is an important task to ensure that medical specimens, supplies, and reports are being delivered safely and within the allotted timeframe.

Based on your role as a Courier Team Lead, you will:

• Pick up, carry, and deliver medical specimens, supplies and reports.

• Coordinate and develop routes and schedules for drivers on a daily basis.

• Train and support new couriers/drivers.

• Scheduling and tracking deliveries by employing route management software.

• Manage email traffic and phone traffic to deal with the client and vendor request

• Troubleshoot and solve specimen related issues quickly.

• Perform clerical duties where needed.
