• Responsible for business target achievement through sale of life insurance products to
customers of partner branches (4 – 7 branches depending on location).
• Responsible for branch activation & lead generator (LG) activation through regular
engagement with partner branch staff.
• Conduct regular sales activities within branch and catchment areas to generate leads.
• Maintain discipline & rigor of daily sales activities - DSR & LMS input.
• Ensure adherence to end to end business process with in the specified timelines.
• Adhering to regulatory requirements & monitoring quality of business.
• Ensure timey resolution of queries and complaints, and controlling the instances of adverse
customer experience.
Qualifications:
Master’s or Bachelor degree.
Essential Knowledge / Skill Sets:
• Should be presentable with good communication skills.
• Should be good at relationship building/management.
• Should have excellent communication, inter personal and managerial skills.
• Should have understanding of Insurance and related financial market products.
• Ability to work effectively in highly demanding and competitive environment.
Work Experience:
Six month to four years’ experience in, Broking channel within Life Insurance Company or direct
sales vertical.
Note: Role will involve travelling, hence candidates with two wheeler preferred.
