Role Overview:

A leading US-based technology company is seeking skilled individuals with strong English proficiency and excellent verbal communication to join an exciting AI project as Audio/Voice Annotation Trainers. You’ll support the development of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) by recording audio samples, annotating voice data, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency according to detailed guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Record high-quality audio clearly and consistently from provided scripts and prompts.
• Accurately annotate and label voice data for AI model training.
• Deliver precise and uniform results across large volumes of tasks.
• Offer feedback to help refine scripts, prompts, and training instructions.
• Collaborate closely with QA specialists to maintain exceptional data quality.

Requirements:

• Fluent English speaker with outstanding reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Familiar and comfortable with diverse regional accents.
• Detail-oriented, able to precisely follow nuanced instructions.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with basic computer tools and audio file handling.
• An analytical thinker who grasps the context and intent behind scripts.
• Professional, responsive communicator in remote team environments.
• Self-motivated, able to independently manage tasks and responsibilities.
• Available 20+ hours per week with daily overlap in UTC-8/PST time zone.
• Equipped with a reliable computer, a high-quality microphone, and a stable internet connection.
