The Admin & Security Officer is responsible for managing, developing, implementing, and evaluating the company-wide security and risk management program as per the security manual guidelines of Ingredion sites to ensure the security of the facility, employees, visitors, and assets for the plant in coordination with the Manager Admin & Security. This includes regular liaison with civic, law-enforcing agencies, internal & external stakeholders. He will be responsible for ensuring all security surveillance of the CWP site through the security on-site force and CCTV surveillance.

Core Responsibilities:

Security Surveillance & Risk Identification –

• Regular security watch over for ensuring the best security and tight control in the CWP site, along with unmanned areas through CCTV.
• Identify Security risks and analyze data received from both external and internal sources, and advise management on a risk mitigation plan.
• Liaise with all security-related investigations of security breaches and work in coordinating with the Manager, admin & Security & Legal team. Also,o ensure maintenance of all security-related equipment installed in assigned locations.

Technology upgrade –

• Oversee and provide direction for major security-related projects and physical security technologies, including but not limited to: various key access systems, alarm systems, video surveillance systems (CCTV), and various other security-related systems.

Trainings –

• Develop and implement a security training policy and ensure appropriate steps are taken to ensure security compliance. Provides frequent communications to the Management concerning security.

Corporate Security –

• Evaluating the current security situation on ongoing basis and bringing improvement in controls that will ensure and highest level of security to employees, visitors, and assets at the plant.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to preempt security concerns and take appropriate measures to effectively manage crises.
• Identifying risks and analyzing data received from both external and internal sources, and advising management on a risk mitigation plan.
• Providing leadership on various security and public relations committees, acting in an advisory capacity.
• Developing and implementing a security training policy and ensuring appropriate steps are taken to ensure security compliance.

Engagement –

• Working with the Plant Management team to develop and implement identified action plans.
• Supporting the Leadership Team in embedding the Company’s Vision, Mission, Corporate Policies on Business Conduct, Environment, Health & Safety, Functional SOPs, Supplier’s Code of Conduct, Systems, and local policies and procedures at the site

Qualified candidates will have:

Mandatory requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration with 8 + years of relevant experience.
• Proven Admin & Security experience at a manufacturing facility

Desirable requirements:

• Results driven to set, prioritize, and enable the achievement of goals.
• Operate with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and across multiple functions.
• Strong project management, presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ex-Army / Armed Forces personnel with post-retirement relevant manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply
