Description:
The person in this position will be responsible for programming and testing online surveys, which
includes;
o Surveys (online/web based, offline, custom HTML5)
o Advanced survey elements max-diff, discrete choice, conjoint, segmentation, flowchart
studies, and diary
o Multicountry projects/trackers
o CATI/CAPI surveys
o Community surveys (customized for specific social network applications)
Responsibilities:
• Programming, testing & troubleshooting online surveys with required quality and productivity
levels
• Understanding the project requirements
• Analyzing Questionnaires thoroughly for complexity and effort estimation, feasibility
of programming complex setups, value additions and consultation
• Daily interaction and coordination with internal departments
• Programming and testing survey logic (ConfirmIT, HTML, Decipher, JavaScript knowledge
applied)
• Undertaking quality assurance of online surveys
• R&D on new/upcoming technologies like Mobile Surveys
Mandatory Skills :
• 2+years of experience as a Survey Programmer
• Survey programming using Confirmit, JQuery setups, Decipher experience will be an added
advantage
• Jquery, C, C++
